AMMAN — In a move aimed at bolstering the national educational infrastructure, the Alsaid Foundation, represented by a high-level delegation, met today with His Excellency the Minister of Education and Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Azmi Mahafzah.
The Foundation’s delegation included Founder and CEO Mr. Mohanad Alsaid, alongside Mr. Mohammad Alsaid, Dr. Waddah Al Kilani, and Mr. Sami Khleifat.
During the meeting, the Foundation presented a formal proposal for a significant donation valued at approximately $700,000 USD. This contribution is designed to modernize classroom environments across the Kingdom, providing high-quality school desks, chairs, and essential educational supplies to schools in need.
A Vision for Long-term Partnership
Beyond the immediate material support, the discussions focused on expanding the horizons of cooperation between the Alsaid Foundation and the Ministry of Education. Mr. Mohanad Alsaid emphasized the Foundation’s commitment to supporting the Ministry’s efforts in achieving academic excellence and ensuring that students have access to the resources necessary for success in a modern learning environment.
His Excellency Dr. Azmi Mahafzah welcomed the initiative, noting the importance of public-private partnerships in advancing the Kingdom’s educational goals. The two parties explored several avenues for a long-term strategic partnership that aligns with Jordan’s broader vision for educational reform and student development.
